What I hoped to be the biggest benefit, pain relief, turned out to be great!!! But this was surpassed by an extraordinary improvement in my sleep. I have sleep apnea and use a more advanced CPAP machine which measures 4 main attributes of every night's sleep patterns. Before taking Just Live Sleep Gummies, I was averaging a score in the high eighty's out of a possible 100 points. Upon taking my first 30 tablet bottle, my score for the 30 day period jumped to 98.2 - - - Phenomenal !!! Not only can I validate the improvement through statistical data, But I just felt better. I dreamed more vivid and realistic dreams, indicating I was in a deeper REM sleep stage for longer periods each evening. This has changed my life and greatly improved that of others I have referred to this product!
