WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DOES JUST LIVE OFFER?

  • Just Live shipments are sent using FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx Smartpost.
  • As a courtesy to our loyal customers, Just Live offers free ground shipping on any order over $75.
  • Need your product faster, choose between both our two day and overnight options.

 

DOES JUST LIVE SHIP TO ALL 50 STATES?

  • Just Live can ship anywhere in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska

 

DOES JUST LIVE SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

  • Just Live currently is not shipping internationally, but has hopes to in the near future.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

  • For ground shipping please allow one to two business days for your order to process.
  • Expedited orders placed before 11am Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following business day (excluding weekends).
  • All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
  • Due to the high volume of orders, we encourage our customers to order a refill on their CBD when It is around ½ way gone.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation that will include both your order number as well as your tracking number.
  • Use FedEx Tracking to track your package once it has shipped.

 

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

  • All orders ship from our warehouse located in Orange County, California.

 

CAN JUST LIVE SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?

  • Just Live can ship to APO/FPO locations using FedEx SmartPost.
  • please note ground shipping is the only option to deliver to these locations.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

  • Please contact our customer experience team at support@justlive.com to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped.
  • If your order has already shipped, we recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to change the shipping address and re-route your order.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • At Just Live we try to be as accommodating as possible, however due to the automated shipping service, it is crucial that if a cancellation is desired that you contact our customer experience team at support@justlive.com.
  • If your order has already shipped, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel it. Please contact support@justlive.com to organize a return/refund.
